When I first found Heal with Ease, I purchased a couple of remedies from Cathy and was instantly intrigued by the healing plans. Not long after, one of our working dogs, Gus, had his leg crushed by a cow, and the advice was that we could try a very expensive operation with no guarantee of success, and even the vet was doubtful, an amputation, or have him euthanised. We wanted Gus to still be able to live a full, healthy life, and if possible, continue as a contributing work dog, as that is what he loves doing, so we chose amputation, which was probably the best option for Gus.
I reached out to Cathy after the amputation, and she explained what was involved with the healing plans. We knew we owed Gus this chance to heal and give him the best quality of life we could, so we asked her to go ahead with it, not knowing what to expect. Over the course of the plans, we watched Gus heal and learn to embrace his new body. At first, we could see he was sad and withdrawn, and some days he wouldn’t even try to get out of bed. He had also lost a fair bit of condition after the accident. I spent a lot of time with him, simply sending him love.

Gus a few weeks after amputation
Now that Gus has completed his healing plans, the transformation has been incredible. He has regained his strength, balance, and confidence. His digestion, energy, and overall well-being have improved, and he is calmer, happier, and more resilient. Every day, he’s eager to get out into the paddock, and we can see him continuing to improve. We actually have to slow him down and give him time off, as he continues to heal, as he would show up every day if we let him. Gus was once a dog who didn’t care for pats or play and was all work, but now he runs up to you for attention.

We are deeply grateful to Cathy and Heal with Ease for her care and guidance, and also for showing us what can be achieved with quantum energy healing, a whole new ball game for us. It feels like Gus is now the wise elder of our dogs. Some days, I’m sure I can see a smile as he soaks up all the love and affection we give him, and he gets back out in the paddock doing what he loves. As Cathy says, “you can’t keep a good dog down”.
